RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN


We offer returns within 7 days from receipt of delivery only for products wrongly delivered by Alpha Omega Enterprise (tayarman), provided, the following terms and conditions are met:

  1. You will need to contact us at info@tayarman.com with your name, receipt number, and photos of the product within 7 days from receipt of delivery, and

  2. Product is in its original condition with its original seal and packaging, and

  3. Product is not installed or used yet, and

  4. Product is not damaged by the customer.


The collection of the returned product will be carried out by our logistics team within 7 days from receipt of return request.


REFUND


Once we have checked and confirmed that the returned product collected by our logistics team meets our returns’ terms and conditions, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Your refund will be credited within 7 to 14 days to the original form of payment made by you.


Alternatively, you may opt for an exchange instead of a refund for the products wrongly delivered to you. If you opt for an exchange, the exchanged products will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 days after you have received the confirmation email from us.
